To help with communication we will be regularly updating completed signings and their shipping status.
Emailing us within weeks of a signing deadline or completion of a signing regarding shipping of your item will not make your item ship faster nor the process go faster.
Signing event updates are regularly posted in the East Coast Collector's Service facebook group.
Please remember that if you place a single order for multiple signings, this order will not ship until all items are completed. That means if one signing is delayed, this order is held until all items are completed.
A signing listed as "SCHEDULED", means we have a tenatively scheduled date. We do not disclose dates or locations on any signings for obvious reasons, most importantly security of the signing as well as dates can slide based on schedules.
A signing listed as "PENDING", means ECCS is waiting for a hard signing date.
