1. SENDING IN YOUR ITEM: Pack your item carefully and securely. We are not responsible for any damage or loss during shipping to us. It is your responsibility to keep track of your tracking number. We do NOT notify you when we receive your item, unless there is an issue with your item once received. We do send you tracking for all items we provide shipping for (NOT SASEs) once your item is ready to be shipped back to you.
It is the customers responsibility to make sure your item arrives to us on time by the send in deadline. Refunds are not given for items that do not arrive on time, as agents and autograph signers are paid in advance of signing based upon paid orders. While we do try to work with the customer in almost every situation, we simply cannot give a refund because your item did not arrive on time, especially if the autograph signer as already been paid.
2. LABELING YOUR ITEM: Please label the front of the item you are sending in with a post-it note on your actual item (not on protective cases) directing as to where you want signed (using arrows) and how. Items need to be labeled properly, not the protective case. Signing locations are requests we will make/guide, but are signers discretion.
3. INSCRIPTIONS/PERSONALIZATION: For items that we offer personalization, character name or a short quote that you are sending in, please include that info the post-it note on your item. All inscriptions are signers discretion.
4. PEN COLOR: If there is a specific pen color you would like used for your order please include that information on a post-it note on your item (not on the protective cases).
5. YOUR INFO ON YOUR ITEM: Please label the back of each item you send to us with a post-it-note on your actual item (not on protective cases) with the following information:
- Your Full Name used on your order
- Your Address
- Your Order Number
6. WHERE TO SHIP YOUR ITEM: Please wait until you receive a follow up email from us after we process your order. The follow up email will have all the information you need in order to ship your item to us.
